Conceptual flow path:

  1. Inlet air: Air enters the supply side of the combustion-air system.
  2. Supply fan: The fan moves air towards the furnace or burner air system.
  3. Burner / air plenum: The duct or air plenum distributes combustion air to the required locations.
  4. Combustion zone: The air reaches the combustion process; the required flow is determined by the process design.

An interactive 3D view is available with JavaScript and WebGL. The sequence above remains available without them.

Conceptual 3D illustration · not product CAD or operating footage. Fan geometry, impeller, drive arrangement, dimensions and motion are generic teaching examples, not verified construction or performance of the named product. Flow timing, fan symbol and dimensions are illustrative, not equipment performance data or a project layout. Air-side flow only. Fuel handling, controls, interlocks and the exhaust-gas circuit are outside this illustration.
